We were provided with a portal which was custom set to our needs were. Kirsten was always available for any questions we may have had, and was always there to help! As a first time home buyer, our experience was a breeze, from start to end, we were provided with everything we needed, and all questions were answered! Dawn and her team were great to work with, especially as first-time home buyers. Dawn patiently guided us through the process and never made us feel dumb for asking lots of questions. I felt like Dawn had my back all the way up until the papers were signed at closing and even after. Their team is well organized and stayed in frequent communication, letting us know what to expect next. I would definitely recommend the Radke team for buying or selling your home. Dawn is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and very quick to respond to questions. Our personal agent, Kaitlin, was also remarkable. She dealt with all our questions in a very caring and timely manner. We felt like they truly cared about us and they made the process very easy to maneuver. I would not go with anyone else!
