        Worst customer service I've ever had. I will NEVER do business with them again. The "guy" or like kid, at the front desk was beyond rude and NOT helpful whatsoever.

        I reserved a car with a credit card, went to pick it up for a work trip and was told by the person at the counter that they had no cars. He said theres a car shortage and theyre awarding rentals based on how long ago you reserved. I was never contacted that the reservation would not be honored. A simple phone call or email wouldve alleviated a lot of frustration. No communication and rude attitude.

        Im always pleased with National. My last experience at a smaller airport in Lacrosse, Wisconsin was just as wonderful as my experiences at the larger airports. Thank you for making it so easy to rent a car.
