Rivers Edge was a great place to stay. I attended UW during my stay here and the drive to campus was very easy. I spent 2 years here and had no issues. The front office is always very pleasant, my packages were always secure and all the neighbors were friendly. Anytime you had an issue with your apartment, no matter how big or small, maintenance takes care of it almost immediately. There are many local stores nearby that are easy to get to. Tenney park is also just a short walk away, which is great for evening walks. I'll miss this place. Thanks again Rivers Edge team!

I moved here in October of 2021 and have been so happy with Rivers Edge! I love how close it is to downtown Madison, without the inner city traffic! Its also about a 2 minute walk away from Tenney Park & Lake Mendota! Not only is it located in the perfect spot, but the apartments themself are awesome. They keep the buildings/garages super clean. The fitness center & pools are an awesome plus as well.
The staff is super kind & welcoming even before I met them in person! You can tell they really care about their residents and want to get to know them. I had so many questions before I moved in (since it was my first time signing a lease to an apartment) and they were always there to answer all of them & were super nice and helpful every time! 10/10 Rivers Edge is awesome and so is their staff!
