We have used their services since 2018 and continue to be impressed with their expertise of tax filings, staying current with changes in the industry, organized, and exceptional customer service. Great place. I always get a return big enough to justify the cost of not doing them myself. They are good in person, over snail mail, or even just emailing them documents. I ended up filing a couple months late and their only comment was "no problem" and had them filed within a few days. I will be using them for the foreseeable future.

We have used Dana's office for taxes for 4 years now and have always had great service.

Received notice from the IRS we still had a balance due. Was told by Dana it was for one thing when in the end it turned out to be Completely different. Whenever we called Dana with questions we received no follow up phone calls or emails. We went into the office and were told the person that had been looking into this for Dana was longer with the company. No one told us or started looking into it from there. We ended up getting everything straightened out ourselves and will not be returning to his office. Best part is, he has not reached out to us to see if our issue had been corrected.
