        Made an appointment weeks in advance, confirmed the day before with a call from Jackson Hewitt. Arrived at the appointment time and the woman in the office told us there was no one there to do taxes and she had only been there for a week or two so she wasn't sure what was happening. She also spoke poor English and was very hard to understand. The office itself had no drywall, flooring, or heat. There was a space heater in the middle of the room. We decided to take our business elsewhere.
