    Flew in from Orlando, FL and was able to secure my reserved car from Enterprise right at CWA. The desk agent I spoke to was warm, welcoming, attentive, and answered all of my questions. The vehicle, price, and overall experience met and exceeded my expectations. My visit to central WI wasnt under the best of circumstances, but my rental car through Enterprise was one less thing I had to worry about! Ill absolutely be utilizing Enterprise for my future rentals!

    I rented a vehile at this location for 2 months. Everyone was professional and helpful - Sean even called me couple of times to make sure everything was smooth and going well with my rental. He always returned my calls in a timely manner. I was very happy with my experience and highly recommend this place.

    I booked a rental through their online portal, went through early check-in and got everything confirmed, 15 minutes before my reservation, right before arriving, I get a voicemail saying they are unable to accommodate. I went in to speak with the man working and he explained that they didn't have any rentals. I had gotten my family together, packed bags, and done everything needed to fulfill my reservation requirements only for him to say they're nothing he can do to honor my reservation upon arrival, after driving 30 minutes to get there. What a hopeless establishment. I usually book through the Stevens point location, and they are always quick to keep me informed of what's available and what's not. After reading other reviews, I see this is a common thing with the CWA location. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand and booked with someone else. A complete waste of time, please be careful booking with them!

    It is very clear that each employee at Enterprise CWA has a different understanding of their policies. Rent with caution. When I rented the vehicle for 6 weeks through a corporate rate so I could travel for work, the agent at the desk told me that was fine, and after 30 days, I'd just have to call and give them the mileage. However, 2 days after having the vehicle, I received a call telling me I had to return the vehicle immediately and that I was past due on the contract. I explained to that agent that there must be an error on their end because this definitely wasn't true because I had an extended reservation; she put me on hold to talk to ask a supervisor, and they told her that my return date wasn't until March. At the 30 day point in my reservation, I got a call saying that they forgot to save my credit card details to extend my reservation, so I'd have to travel all the way back to CWA to give them my card and extend the reservation. I told them that there is no way I will drive all the way back for that, but I'd be happy to submit a Credit Card Authorization form or anything similar. The agent said he would speak to a supervisor and give me a call back. He left me a voicemail saying that I could return the vehicle on the 13th and pay then. My reservation, however is until the 19th. I called back the next day to try to explain this to yet ANOTHER agent, and she told me that I'd have to go to a different enterprise to get the vehicle evaluated and hand them a credit card, and that I definitely cannot just inform them what my mileage and card number are over the phone. She asked a supervisor just to be sure. This is absolutely insane. There should be a much clearer policy for all agents to understand and follow. It seems like none of them knew what the policy was exactly and everyone had to ask a supervisor.
