I have been a Diel Insurance Group customer for more than a decade. I have always been treated in a professional manner by Brian and his staff. Amy Johnson has usually been my main contact and we couldn't be happier. She responds immediately to any requests for help or information. She treats you more like a friend than as a customer. We had a major claim a couple years ago when a plumbing valve burst. Diel Insurance acted upon the claim right away. I had a restoration service there the next day. Diel insurance, especially Amy, is fantastic! I first contacted them to change from my current insurance that was slow to get anything done, if it ever would get done. Amy took care of writing policies for all of my vehicles (two cars, boat, ATV, and home) and getting different changes made before implementing the policy in a very short period of time. I also had a change in the middle of my policy period and the change was made not more than literally 30 seconds after I got off the phone with her. This is some top notch customer service!

I had to make an auto claim recently. Pam was so nice, and went out of her way to make sure that I reached the adjuster and got all my questions answered. This is a top quality business. I recommend it highly.
