        I have had American Family since I was 16 years old. First through my parents and then on my own. 34 years of payments to American Family. My car was recently vandalized. My claim was denied simply because the auto shop I took it to did not take a photo or save the oil. I have the statement from said auto shop stating this is a nearly 0% chance of accidental damage.
