Absolutely awful bank. The policies are completely detrimental to the customer. If you make a deposit into the bank they will hold all your funds, not just the funds that are in the process of clearing. This means that any checks written will be denied processing if you have a pending deposit. Their policy is to take money from the customer not to work with their customers.

Bankers need to be aware that their tone of voice can set the tone for either a good or bad transaction. Kelsey is a beast. She bites. I ended up closing my account after it was locked for 2 weeks without access to my money. Maybe they did that because of my review. No one can seem to figure out how to unblock access.

Horrible experience. Ive banked with them for over 10 years. I started receiving letters a few months ago saying they needed a new signature card. I called the branch I usually go to & they said it was fixed. A few weeks later, myself & my husband get frantic calls saying we need to come in TODAY otherwise they were going to close our account. I let them know it wasnt possible due to work obligations and they said theyd take care of it. A week and a half later, my account disappears from my app with no notice or heads up from the bank. I call the branch and they say oh, it looks like we did close your account and said someone would call to discuss the issue with me. No one ever called me. I get an email from the branch manager that night saying he would call me Monday. He never did. Turns out I can get a 5x better deal on this account by going to a different bank so maybe they actually did me a favor.
