        Video tellers are a joke and making the whole banking experience obnoxious and impersonal. Do yourself and bank where they have real people and treat you like an individual.

        My card was compromised. I went to my local summit Credit Unioun Miguel insured me that nothing I would have I would not have to pay anything. He gave me a new card and most of all the customer service was A1.

        Extremely frustrated with the extremely poor customer service for my business loan. The entire process has been a nightmare from start to almost finished. Save yourself the headache and find a more responsive lender that cares about getting their customers the money that they are owed.
