My teenage son and I have ate at this location twice now. The food itself is pretty good. The service has not been the greatest. Our first experience was insignificant, probably because we went quite late and it wasn't very busy. The second time we went it was very busy. We stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while all the staff were in the kitchen making food. I understand if they need "all hands on deck" to make the orders, but someone could at least acknowledge us and tell us it will be a minute to take our order. We finally placed our order and sat down to wait. We were watching the kitchen and noted that their food ticket printer ran out of paper. It took them several minutes to figure out how to replace the paper. When they finally did, it printed out so many food orders, the sting of paper was longer than a CVS receipt. This was a combo ov walk in orders and online/carry out orders. They seemed overwhelmed and proceeded to just randomly slap all the tickets up to make. They didn't bother to organize them by time. We started to notice that customers that came in well after we did, were getting their food. At this point it had been 20 minutes so I talked to the manager and showed him my receipt. He looked at my receipt, didn't say anything back and just went back to the kitchen. I stood there for a couple minutes to see if he was bringing my food but he was just helping with other orders. I sat back down and we waited another 12 minutes before we got our food from the manager with no apology or comment about the wait time. Other than this, they don't have any garbage cans out so people just leave their trays and food siting on the tables. It's also a big college crowd with Carroll University near by so expect late teen, early 20's behavior if you dine in. I guess I'm an old man, but most of these kids got up and didn't even bother to push in their chairs. Wouldn't be a big deal if the staff came out and cleaned up the dining area, but I never saw that. All this to say, maybe carry out is the best bet....

$5 for a soda.
30 wings and 1 soda $43. I thought 5 guys was over priced.

I love wingstop wings, but I ordered cheese fries to go. I get home and the fries were covered in the cheese and just tossed in the bag in one of those open cardboard containers lmao. There was cheese and soggy fries all over every inch of the food inside. Just like... general common sense would tell you this is an awful plan
