Literally waited on hold for over an hour for two days to speak to someone. I left a call back number. To have someone call me back and say that wasn't his department. Then he sent me back to the same waiting message. At this point they are going to lose out on a home loan just because they won't answer the phone. Edited after educators seen my review. They got ahold of me the same day. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the quick response.

This bank and this branch has most incompetent people working for them. They do very little to solve any issues you might be facing or find alternative solutions. They never return your calls, wont let you access your account or transfer you to talk to a manager or supervisor. I have never experienced worst service than I have with Educators. I would highly advise never doing business with this establishment.
