We had a lot of scare tactics used by multiple big name companies regarding the crack in our residential foundation wall. Then came Vince, a structural engineer, for an assessment of our property. Vince is special in that he evaluated the entire house and the surrounding land to come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan that has worked for our home. Thanks to Vince, we saved thousands of dollars on the correct treatment plan. Not only did he do an amazing job, he spent time with us and our time never felt rushed.
