Im so happy and thankful with Pablo Ramirez , He is very professional and a great communicator. He is also very thorough in explaining things as he guides you through the entire process. He made himself available and answered all questions throughly. Assessed with great detail all options and covered important steps. Was clear in all lines of communication and was able to address any concerns with a professional manner. Pablo was such a great asset to driving the lending process for us!

Loan officer was absolutely incompetent. Provided a preapproval letter on the buyer indicating income was verified however this clearly was not done. Misled us the sellers and misrepresented the buyers creditworthiness. Deal fell through due to this. Loan officer also provided a letter stating how highly qualified the buyer was to buy our home that was dated well before our house went on the market--unethical business practices- BEWARE
