        Does a great job with both of our dogs! Even our 15-year-old mini dachshund, who nips us if we try to groom her, cooperates at Paws for a Moment to come home beautifully groomed!

        Cat was brought into the groomers. Was a very bad experience. Could not even finish my grooming appointment because she couldnt handle the cat. Groomers should know how to handle this type of situation, and then to say go to a vet and have it sedated to do the grooming. Ridiculous! Plus she is rude to deal with.

        Groomer ready and waiting for my dog. Excellent grooming and haircut according to breed. She was very nice and anxious to please. She was ready at the time of the appt.

      Your cat was not having the grooming process. Cats can be sensitive about new environments & don’t always react favorably when stressed. Your girl was hissing at check-in & already fired up.We were able to clip nails on 3 of 4 feet & started to shave her matting but midway through she got aggressive & kicked off the safety cone. After allowing her a few minutes to calm down we were able to get the cone back on her, finish her nail trim & matt removal with help from a second person but it was clear she was angry & upset & it would have been unfair to push her further. Cat groomers do have to take a stressed out cat seriously because stress can kill a cat. We wish your cat the best & we’re grateful we were able to at least remove her matting for her.
