Eric, If you're going to have the fortitude to leave us a one star review, then why not back it up with words? Chicken? No worries, I'll say what really happened.... 10/6/2023 We picked up your 22 year old Toro snow blower. We advised you on 10/18/2023 that the unit needed a new carburetor, fuel line, fuel filter, and a new auger belt. ALL repairs were DECLINED by YOU. 12/17/2023 You walked into our shop, and asked for your snow blower back. We obliged and dug your snow blower out of the corner; still covered in dust. You seemed liked a pretty solid dude so I didn't even charge you a dime! Not one damn dime... Not for the pick up, not for my time, not for the estimate, not for a thing. You thanked me and grabbed the snow blower and left. We did absolutely nothing to your snow blower besides look it over and advise. 1/12/2024 You called our shop in the middle of the biggest SE WI storm in years and proceeded to scream at us as if we did something wrong. I listened to your complaint and kindly reminded you of all the declined repairs and at no cost. You then blamed me for sabotaging your snow blower. By this time I've had enough, so I hung up on you and went on with my day. Eric. it's a shame that a grown man still blames everyone else for your problems.
