Did good work for years. Had the front auger assembly come off this morning, only the 2nd or 3rd time using since the oil changed in October. 30-Day warranty no use since I try and get the work done early to avoid the rush. Another snow expected in a few days and they won't come out because warranty work first, long time customers second (I used to be), and then scheduled work. Just sad that something which hasn't happened to me in 40 years isn't consider a slip up by the person doing the work. The front assembly should NOT come off.

Very friendly and did a great job. Quickly provided the service we needed to get our snow blower working properly. Also gave us information on maintenance throughout the year.

Snowblower next day service. Jake called right before appointment time and was there within a few minutes. He got the snowblower working right away. Needed a follow up call tonight. He answered out of business hours. I highly recommend them!

What an awesome company! Response to my initial appointment inquiry was immediate and Pete was here to fix my snow blower the next day. The onsite service at my house was most appreciated. Had me up and running in no time, as well as walk me through what I needed to know and do to keep my machine running smoothly. We will definitely be calling them first whenever we need service in the future. Thanks Pete!
