20-45 min wait every time we have been there. The vet exam only covers a physical, but they somehow missed the huge lump on my dogs back. Didn't have all the vaccines handy, so we had to bring my dogs back for a second visit. Charged ~$260 for lepto, fecal, and bordatella. That's in addition to the ~ $450 for the "physical". We are searching for a new vet and won't be back.

We followed one of the doctors here because he's wonderful with us and wonderful with our animals. We have three dogs and recently took one of them in. I received a phone call at the end of the day that they had undercharged us by, what I believe, is a small amount (under $30). I don't mind paying and I'm sure that wasn't a fun phone call to make. I also think this vet in general is fairly priced and we don't spend too much having three dogs that have to go in. I was slightly irritated and a bit short on the phone for my part, and I'm sure you could tell. (A lot going on at our house at 5 in the afternoon) I understand that's not a fun customer to speak to as I also deal with patients at my own job every single day. That being said I also didn't appreciate the attitude I was receiving at the end of the call. It also isn't the first time when speaking over the phone with a staff member that I felt it wasn't very friendly. Which is the only reason I decided to address this in a review.

THE BEST!! Each vet and tech I've worked with here has been so caring, patient, and trusting. They listen to every question and concern, never rushing through. You can tell they truly care about helping your pet feel better, and they take the time to educate you on next steps. I am SO grateful I found them!! I always worry bringing my cat to the vet, but I've always left AWC feeling relieved.

I was charged almost $800 for my little dog. I was told she swallowed a foreign object and it was obstructing her Intestines, that's why she wasn't pooping. Took her to VCA.ER, told them what that male Vet stated, was charged even more for another xray, they stated that was not true. I also paid to have my little ones nails trimmed. It didn't happen, when calling them back to tell them that they forgot to fulfill the request, the receptionist argued with me and told me I am never satisfied. When reaching out to the owner, he stated he would check into it and never got back to me after reaching out several times. I would not recommend this Vet. Gentle Care should've never merged with these people.
