Pros: You can schedule online and they are available quickly. Dr. Kira and her tech Cora were so nice and genuinely seemed to care. Cons: When I walked in, I immediately felt like an inconvenience to the person at the front. My dog had an ear infection and they mixed up the swabs and tried to tell me the wrong ear needed to be treated (this is human error and if it werent for the other things I wouldnt even mention it). Lastly - When I went to pay, I advised I had signed up for ScratchPay (because although I was told this vet was priced well, they are NOT). They usually have you pay in the exam room but the tech wasnt sure how to do ScratchPay. No worries! But the same girl that made me feel like an inconvenience when I walked in (I believe her name was Vanessa) had the duty of helping me then. Not only did she make me feel like a peasant for choosing a credit-type payment plan instead of fronting the $480 bill, but she implied I didnt do it right and made me call ScratchPay - only for them to tell me the issue was on the clinics end. I went to put my dog in the car and someone told her it was fine to let me leave because the issue *was* on their end. Then I suddenly didnt seem like such an inconvenience to her.Honestly, not a fan. I think it wouldve been cheaper to have my dog seen at an emergency vet. I hope this review can be passed to their team so they improve how they make new clients feel.

We had an eye emergency with our dog. The people at Waukesha Walk-in were very helpful in getting our dog an immediate surgical appointment and coordinated quickly with the canine eye specialist. Our dog was treated very well and the staff was excellent in explaining everything, including cost, up front and in a manner that was easy to understand. I am very grateful and impressed with Waukesha Walk-in Vet Clinic and would seek them out again without hesitation! Our dog is home and in great relief! Thank you!!

My pup broke himself, they got me in ASAP, were very friendly to me but more importantly my pup. They didn't care about his breed( other's had), they just wanted to help him get better.They explained everything so I understood completely. 1 month later he's better, and they are still following up on him, and helping me with him!

I was referred here from my vet for a walk in when my regular vet was booked. Lyla received excellent care by the team on a Saturday!!

Waited in a little room with my dog for a half hour, then left. Forgot to take the dogs poop sample with me.
