Did a fantastic job on replacing our roof and gutters. In fact we've decided to have them replace our windows also. Addition. New windows. Did a fantastic job. Our house is much warmer. I can now open all my windows with one hand. Outside trim looks very professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or window replacement. Service: Roof installation

We signed a contract in May of 2022 to have our patio door/windows replaced. The contract was agreed to as a 14-18 week completion window ( almost twice as long as their usual duration). Almost 28 weeks went by and on December 19th the install was finally to be completed. Installers were roughly 90 min late ( first job of the day). They worked for a few hours getting the old windows and door out. Got what appeared to be the new door and windows all installed and completed. However, after talking with this crew, it was not done. Materials were missing and they would need to come back with some covers/buttons, casings and trim and the screen door. Since December 27th I have placed over 20 calls. While Barb has been fantastic, she was limited with the information I was requesting. I requested to talk with TJ, the owner. In those calls, TJ returned one call, just over a month ago. He claimed he wasn't aware of what was happening. He said he needed to talk to Tim, his right hand n distribution, and was going to call me back that afternoon. Just over a month later...multiple calls, and email and I have not received a call from TJ, and we are still waiting for this to be completed. I would be cautious about using this company.
