I normally dont write reviews, but I had to write one on todays repair by Sergey because he did such an outstanding job on replacing the rotten sash on my Pella casement window that was part of a triple set. I had been told by the local Pella rep that since my rotten sash window was made back in 1998, that Pella could not repair it or replace that one, so the only option was to replace the entire triple window set to the tune of over $5000!! My other 2 windows were perfectly fine! I knew there had to be someone out there that repaired these, so I did some research online and I came across the GAES website. Their repair quote was well within reason and a fraction of the cost. Anastasia was so professional and very prompt in answering all my questions. Sergey is a master at what he does. Precision, quality work, professional and reasonable. I cannot say enough about these two. If you need a Pella casement window repaired, do not look any further than GAES to do the job. You will not be sorry. They have a 5-star rating for a reason! And I added one more to the count

I was extremely happy with the work that was done .The worker was on time and couldnt have been nicer . Very professional and job came in as quoted.l would highly recommend Gaes
