        Everything was fresh, hot, tasted sooooo goooood! Drive thru should start pulling cars up tho as they looked to be staffed inside, such a long wait. Staff was friendly. Normally this location with food can be hit or miss for us, end up dissapointed, driving always to Jackson location instead for the food, stay at this location for ice cream. Sometimes food is cold, hard, made wrong,, not done, missed items etc. We came later in the evening 8 something to 830pm ish, surprised how fresh, good, correct all the food was. Definitely will try again with the food going forward at this location. Yum yum thank you for your service staff

        The price on your website is not what we were charged. On the website the chili dogs are 2 for 5. We were charged 3.99 each. I had the garlic chicken tenders and on the website they are 8.69. I was charged 10.49. The buns on the chili dogs were starting to get stale. You should honor the price stated on your website. And yes I specifically chose the west bend location. I feel like we were scammed by false advertising.

      Sorry about that. Can you point to this web site? I suspect it is not our site, under our control. We have a lot of third party sites copying our menu and never updating which is out of our control. Email me at [email protected] talked with manager on duty and he showed me receipt. Your husband did order 2 chili cheese dogs, not chili dogs. The manager on site also indicated we are not a participating store for 2for $5 deal, which was on. A web site that does not belong to our locations.
