Sarah Stoltenberg was fantastic, honestly a godsend. She guided us through the process as first time homebuyers, making us feel informed and confident the entire time. After the first home fell through days before closing due to the sellers inability to sell, Sarah helped us find a rental in town so we could continue our search with no time constraints. We finally found the perfect house, but another buyer was putting in an offer that same day. Sarah helped us to decide on a competitive offer which was accepted. Weve been in our house a few weeks now and its all thanks to her! Ryan became more than just our realtor but a friend during our experience. Her expertise and negotiable skills got us our home.
