Excellent service! Robert answered all my questions, was super nice, cleaned my 35 year old furnace and replaced the filter all for the cost of a service call, the cheapest service call price I could find. Went out of his way to do a same day call since I didn't have heat in our new house. Would recommend again, and will use when we finally replace this old beast of a furnace!

I was very pleased with the service to our heating system and whole-house humidifier in Jan. 2014. Harris Heating is a two-man operation. I was very impressed - from the initial phone call, to the installation of parts. Brian, the owner, answered my call personally on the first try and scheduled Robert to come out two days later. (It wasn't an emergency.) I described the problem and Robert correctly identified the source of the problem: the inducer motor was dying. In addition, I had concerns about the moisture in the house, on the main level. Robert pointed out to me that the humidistat was installed in the wrong place (right above the humidifier) and recommended the main thermostat be replaced with something that could also monitor the humidity. Robert gave me four different options to solve the humidity/humidistat problem. We selected one, and also took his suggestion to install a hard water filter because the humidifier filter was getting calcium/gunk deposits after a couple of months of use. Robert answered my many questions, and gave an overview of the thermostat in a patient manner. It turns out, that the previous owner used Harris Heating to install the duct work in the basement many years ago (but not the humidifier). Overall, I was quite pleased with the service and would highly recommend Harris Heating & Cooling.
