"Hot tub" was warm at best and didnt have a way to turn on jets. Pool area had lights that were impossible to figure out how to turn on. The fridge in the room had some bar like design added so it was impossible to really put any food in it and was so cold it froze and ruined any food I managed to squash in through the bars. They were doing roof work (I believe) and it was EXTREMELY annoying during the day. When I later went out to my car, there were pieces from what I assume was the roof on the ground right near my rental car. Had I been notified (or warned) this was going to occur I would have moved my car to a different location to ensure its safety (thankfully no damage done). I also would have requested a change of room when I checked in. The business area also was not working properly. Will NOT be returning to this hotel.

Booked this hotel for one of our mangers, room smelled of mold, mildew, and marijuana. Nor will the room cool. Having to move him to another hotel.

It was absolutely disgusting!! The elevator is a death trap floor caving in! Our room was nasty cig holes a over couch and rug ughh! Everything closed for covid so no nothing! Definitely not the experience for visiting AL for the 1st time i had hoped for.
