Mall Jump

Waited 20 minutes in line at 140pm only to be told they were going on a break. Also there was a sign up saying they opened at 1pm today. Once the break was over we still had to wait even more and other people were put in front of us. Im sure there’s a better way to operate this. Much more money could be made. The “attendants” didn’t seem very interested in work but very concerned about the chairs they were sitting in. My toddler cried the whole time and they were made to wait because now at this point we have been waiting over an hour. Never ever ever will I be back.

My daughter waited 50 minutes on a lady saying she was going for a 15 minute break. Current time and date: 09/06/2021 3:33 PM

Was told "going on a 15min break" at 254pm the two girls didn't return at 340pm with a line of people... then, I get told exact change. My $20 couldn't be broken... 9/6/21 today's date We lost almost a whole hour with young kids on a busy day.

I have been encountered a service at this mall jump and an Asian guy there is so nice and kind,he made my kids laughing a lot and enjoyed.But when i came back another time,another guy who works there was so rude with my kids and he did everything so badly.I still give 5 stars for the Asian guy.

The employees were very rude claimed they were going in lunch after 30 minutes of us waiting when he came back he told us he was closed for the day and the kids could not jump. The mall closes at 6 and we were in line at 3:30.
