        Watch out for HEDGE OF PROTECTION SECURITY SERVICES LLC owner Josh Perr. The guy started his protection LLC this year and was hired by Altitude in Huntsville for “security”. Personal experience is that his security is more like harassment. He does not care about the company that hired him or the decisions that they made and will tell you he’s ok and doesn’t care if you don’t come back. I thought that was an interesting view for him considering Altitude, which was employing him, felt otherwise and refunded our money for that day’s admission due to his harassment (even with their standing no refund policy). I do not feel comfortable with this individual around my children and made sure the General Manager was aware.

        great place for kids but staff is unacceptable. We have been coming up here for a long time and we came up here on Friday night to celebrate a birthday party and we have crumbled cookies for dessert, we saw the signs that stated no outside food so we asked just in case and as one of the adults that was with us walked away one of the employees made a smart remark which was very unprofessional. so we unfortunately didnt get to have our cookies but still stayed and jumped. 30 minutes go by and we look over and the staff let a group bring in Marcos pizza Im sorry but i thought the rule was no outside food but i guess that only applies to certain individuals.
