Today was my first Service Call under my Choice Home Warranty Policy. What a Blessing it was to have DrainGo Plumbing be assigned to handle the repair. My Garbage Disposal had stopped working which was causing that side of the Sink to drain very slowly. I called yesterday to report the issue and by 10:45 this morning, two Wonderful Techs from DrainGo Plumbing arrived at my door! Tommy and Brandon had the problem totally figured out and resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes. These two young men were simply Awesome! Very Polite, Professional and left absolutely Zero mess behind for me to clean up after. Now, I call that a Win, Win any day of the week!

DrainGo worked with us on timing and got to our house within the next day of calling. Super prompt as well as nice to speak with on the phone. They communicated well about timing and the window of time they'd be at our house. Caleb and James quickly and efficiently found the issue and went out of their way to repair it. I will highly recommend this company. We had an emergency with our business and after calling all the plumbing companies in and around Decatur they were the only ones to answer the phone and have someone out here within 30 minutes.
