Best apartment complex in the Huntsville/Madison area. If you do not live here, you are missing out! This property is the best in the Huntsville/Madison area. Centrally located between Midtown and all the new growth of Madison. What makes 18 Watercress Green so special and different from other properties? That's easy, you get the most value for the cost. Spacious square footage, elegant crown moldings, awesome soaker tubs and that's in each apartment. The community amenities are some of the best offered anywhere. And, this property is well established, no new construction, no equipment in your way or operating while you try to relax. It sits far enough off the road to not be bothered by the traffic. The grounds are maintained well and beautiful. This is a great place to call home. And our management team and maintenance team are fantastic, they create the best atmosphere for the residents, and they bring many additional activities each month to the property. It is awesome to have food trucks come to prepare dinner for the residents. Why entertain the others when you have found the best!!

Robyn and Heather have always been so polite and helpful. We actually rented this apartment while we were out of state for our son who is going to college. Did everything electronically. They made it so easy for us out-of-state college parents. My son loved living there.

Lived here since Oct 2021. Rent renewal offer increased over 20% same as move in price. Make sure you get ALL the details about your upgraded apartment because we pay for upgraded apt and our bathrooms were supposed to have granite countertops, when we asked about it they said thats how they came. Later on we realized they were actually supposed to have granite. & If they like you you wont get a trash fee ;) The apartments are nice. The staff? I have Nothing nice to say.

Stayed here for nearly 1.5 years and I have only good things to share about my apartment unit, the management, and the maintenance team! I feel that the team has always looked out for my best interests (renting garage space temporarily during travel, offering MTM/short/long term lease options as I explored other job opportunities, etc) and anytime there were repairs needed, I got the help needed within the same week.
There are many amenities and there is a strong sense of community with regular events and food truck visits. It's a great place to live and I would highly recommend it!
