The worst experience I've ever had. It seemed like everyday it was necessary for both borrower and co-borrower to approve changes to documents that involved de minimis amounts. The originator was great but the remote support person was incompetent. The system could not have been designed by humans. Probably a committee of bots. Overall a preview of what Hades might be like.

We worked with Derek H. to help us secure financing for our second home. He was fantastic! He was patient, very knowledgable, talked us through the process, and helped us find the financing option that worked for our unique situation. He even worked with our real estate agent to make sure she could find the right property to fit in our budget. We eventually found the perfect home for our growing family, and Derek was an important part of that process. He'll always be our go-to mortgage guy!
