Trace was awesome! He was very professional and understanding of my issue. He too time to explain to me what was going on. He was cool with my dogs too! Service was scheduled quickly, proces were explained so no hidden fees. I appreciate an honest company! Will call them again and will certainly recommend them. 10 stars!

Late in the day on a Thursday, I discovered a water leak in my home but could not locate its source. All American Home Services came through and dispatched Matt and Oscar as soon as they completed what otherwise would have been their last job of the day. Matt and Oscar arrived promptly and were surprisingly cheerful. and very systematic and thorough. They even had to wade through snow to examine the crawl space. In record time, Matt and Oscar found the hidden leak in a wall, sealed it off, and restored basic services. I am thoroughly impressed by All American Home Services, Matt and Oscar, and I am very grateful.

They are a very polite and communicative company. However, they misdiagnosed my plumbing issue, telling me I needed a $1000 valve replacement for my leaky bathtub faucet- and I think it was an honest mistake. I wanted to make sure I really needed to spend $1000, since that is a lot of money, so I changed out the cartridge and seated spring assembly, which cost me 15 minutes and $85, and it stopped the drip completely. The shower is working great. I am not a plumber, but it does not look like the valve was in need of replacement. Instead of taking responsibility and refunding me the $200 troubleshooting fee I had paid, they insisted they did not make a mistake, but as consolation, offered to lower the bill by $50.I was raised to value integrity and admit when you are wrong. They have all the trappings of a great company with excellent service, but when they made a mistake, they did not own it. I was so disappointed in how they handled the situation. Although everyone was polite, no one would own the mistake. But at least I get to keep my $1000.
