Alaska Plumbing Heating and HVAC

My husband and I purchased two heat pump systems from this company and after just 10 months of use one of the systems failed. The error code was low refrigerant indicating a leak . The service tech was unable to locate the leak initally , administered a dye test and demanded payment before he would return to see the results identifying the location of the leak. We let him know his services would no longer be required as he was demanding payment prior to completing the job hired to do. A couple of weeks later the same service tech approached me in a parking lot demanding to know what I was doing about the heat pump leak and when I was going to pay him. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experianced in addition I recommend if you hire this company request a service warranty.

Couldn't find anyone in Juneau to help get our Toyotomi Water Heater working for our home. Alaska Plumbing & Heating came over and got our Fernace working in no time. Very glad we decided to choose Alaska Plumbing & Heating for our new air source heat pump. We had a few estimates done and felt they asked the best questions and came up with a solution that not only saved us money but also was the best fit for our home. The project took a little longer than expected but they always communicated with us when showing up late or couldn't for the day due to scheduling and having one person not able to work due to an injury. We've had the system for several weeks now and it's quiet, dry, and easy to control. While others wanted to place wall mounted head units in every room, AK Plumbing & Heating placed a unit in our crawl space with venting to three bedrooms and our den. I would not hesitate calling AK Plumbing & Heating for future plumbing and heating projects.

The owner of this business installed a heat pump for me and did a bunch of ducting. I've also used them for general purpose plumbing work in the past. They did fantastic work for me. Whenever I have a plumbing need, these are the guys I call.
