Dr. Burtch and his staff are seriously wonderful. My exam was extremely thorough and the work I needed completed was done with such a gentle hand. Everything was explained and followed without any surprises. Also, his staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I have never had such a great experience as I have with Dr. Burtch and staff!! Cannot recommend this Dentist enough!

I put off going to the dentist for a number of years after a bad experience elsewhere. After meeting Dr. Burtch, I gave his office a call for a check-up and cleaning. The office was very well appointed and located conveniently in Palmer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Each person I encountered was considerate of my past experiences and worked to make me comfortable. Dr. Burtch's new patient exam of my teeth was the most thorough that I've ever had. I felt like I was getting a thorough medical exam, which is exactly what we should expect but don't necessarily get from a dentist. I asked about some cosmetic issues with my teeth and Dr. Burtch was quick to tell me the work wasn't necessary to the health of my teeth but optional. It was refreshing, to say the least. And, whatever new cleaning method they have now did an amazing job on my teeth. I had people ask if they'd been whitened. I'm very pleased and will continue to go back to see Dr. Burtch and his team. I still don't love the dentist but I'm committed to getting regular care now.
