I've been with State Farm for 19 years and the Erik Christensen office has time and time again been top notch. Even though I left Palmer over 26 years ago I keep them as my main office. I dont know how he keeps finding such excellent employees over the years, but every agent I've had transactions with have always been proffesional and extremely helpful. Would never consider switching insurance Companies.

Rarely does an Insurance Agent or company go above and beyond to connect with their clients and provide that personal response. My husband was killed in a car accident in September of 2022. At the time of his death and for many months following, my ability to cope and rationalize were so compromised I didn't or wasn't able to share my experience with Eric at State Farm. The accident occurred in Kansas in a vehicle not insured with State Farm but shortly after his death I received flowers from Eric Christensen State Farm. I had only been a client for about a year
Now that I am emotionally able to process this act of kindness, I wanted to share my appreciation and say Thank You! You definitely stand out as an Insurance Agency who sincerely cares about their clients.
