I dont think this place is actually a school. No one was at the location even though it was confirmed with simon for an appointment. I left messages only to get a txt back. The plaza was run down. Didnt look like an environment I would wanna learn in. Not professional at all. My reccomendation is to keep driving past this place to somewhere that actually is worth paying for an education.

The first appointment I had with them was to get more information. See if I wanted to take the class. I decided that I wanted too. The classes fit my schedule. The second appointment, was to pay my registration. In full. Like another user commented, Simon had flaked out on me. No notice. I had shown up to the school, and no one was there. I had to call HIM to find out that he would not be there. I decided to let it go. He said there was an "emergency". Hindsight is always 20/20. I should have never went back. While there, I really felt Michelle was a great instructor. I learned a lot from her. Up until her, and Simons relationship fell apart. Michelle decided that she could no longer be a part of the school as long as Simon was still Administrator. There were only 2 weekends left. Clinicals. Michelle wiped her hands clean, and completely disregarded her students. Simon had us go to clinicals with a new instructor who was not Board Certified (he showed up late both days). We didnt know at the time. The 24 hours we put in that weekend were for nothing. They didnt count. They offered a refund for the school being at fault. They broke their contract. Then Simon "left" as Administrator. Michelle had full control of the school. Michelle then decided that she would "work" with everybody to finish the class. Meaning everybody could agree on dates and times. At the time, I was getting sick from an auto-immune that I was not aware I had (I ended up in the hospital about 2 weeks after all of this) I was also the only single mother, working a full time job, in the class. They had chosen days and times, that I was unable to do. I was exhausted. There was only supposed to be 2 weekends left of the class. It then ended up being dragged out, for another so long (even longer then it had too, because they didnt want to work Mothers Day). I opted for the refund. I was told that I would receive it, within 2 weeks. 5 months later, I still have not received anything. Ive reached out a number of times, with no response. I never even received the BLS that I paid for. I really liked Michelle as a person, and instructor. But the moment there is a bumpy road for her, she will completely disregard her students, and the commitments she is supposed to uphold. This place is completely unprofessional. Dont CHANCE your time, or money with them.

The staff made me feel very confident!!!!!!! My instructor was beyond AWESOME her entire class PASSED finals and state board

I highly recommend this school. The instructors are amazing and very reasonable. There main focus is to help you pass the Arizona State board exam.
