Save your money and absolutely don't apply online. They will take application and adminstration fees of $255 for an apartm ent that is not even available and leave your application sitting out in limbo because no is in the office to take calls or read emails. It has been over 2 weeks with no response. Organized scammers. They post their phone number in the rereviews but no one ever picks that line up. Go ahead call you will.see.

Been here for a few years. Pretty nice and well done. Rent rate is amazing for the location. Normally to be this close to Central City and Melrose District, you'd pay like 30-50% more. Great location if you use public transportation. Sits in between 4 bus stops that have service every 15 min, less than a mile away from the lightrail that runs every 7-15 minutes, and about 3 blocks away from I-17 N BUT without all the crazy freeway noise! Most units are updated with beautiful appliances and no bug issues as long as you keep your apartment relatively clean (warm weather= bugs , duh!) Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Never had an issue here. However I DID have my bike stolen off my balcony when I first moved in because the East side gate onto 20th ave was broken for about 2 months.
