Worst experience ever. The manager is rude, racist and unprofessional. I had a reservation and the manager kick me out his property and called the cops for no reason before i was even able to check in. I did not do anything wrong maybe because i asked about the free breakfast and i have california license plate. Stay away dont waste your time and money. I better get my full refund!. Thank you stranger in room 319. You are a life saver.

A nice motel in a quaint town. Reasonably priced and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

I have never in my life had such terrible customer service and disrespect from a business. I am so in shock. So my friends Lakin Best, Jordan Layne DeShields, and I booked a hotel in Eureka Springs, AR to celebrate Halloween! I was so exited for this because Eureka Springs is my happy place and this Halloween I wanted to remember a close friend I lost on Halloween in a happy, peaceful way. Lakin decided to surprise me by bringing along my good friend Kenny Pedersen! I wrote THREE guests on the paperwork!! I have the receipt! The owners of the hotel bombarded lakin and kenny at the door calling them trespassers with luggage in their hands, dazed, and confused. They would not allow us to pay extra for kenny to stay (in our bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZED BEDS AMD A PULLOUT MATTRESS). The man was completely rude, hostile, and refused to refund me my money. He then talked down to me (I'm assuming bc I'm 21), and called the cops. The police couldn't help me because it is private property so me and my INNOCENT PAYING friends were kicked out with no hotel. The cop even asked if we needed a ride and the owner replied "no they dont! They came in a car! You live in rogers it isn't too far I don't feel bad for you!" Actually sir, two of your guests are from Cabot, Ar and live four hours away. We have heard several bad things since this experience. Just wish we would have known how terrible it was prior to checking in and being cheated of $80. We have screenshotted many other reviews that we collected and sent to the better business bureau! There is no way this buisness will stay open much longer. Reading the reviews..... it sounds like they make they're money by cheating people out of they're money by kicking them out and calling the cops for no reason. UPDATE: No worries I have been in touch with the Better Business Bureau, and they are fully aware of how awful this place is. I am one of the MANY to call and complain. Any other hotel would have gladly taken my money to pay for an extra guest. The Better Business Burea even agreed the owners are handling the situation completely wrong. Econolodge was happy to have us that night! Needless to say I'm sure this buisness won't be open much longer, and if it is ive blasted them all over social media so none of my family or friends or they're family and friends will ever give them a penny. :) TO THE OWNERS: I don't know how costumer service works in your country...but here in America it's expected that you're nice to the people you're taking money from.
