It was a wonderful experience with Alejandro. He came out for the heater safety check. As he was working we discussed life span of the unit, the availability of parts if needed. Very knowledgeable and efficient. As it turned out, there was a component that was drawing current out of specifications that needed to be replaced. I had inquired if hes was able to get the same part from the manufacturer. Alejandro made the call and learned there was one part left. This is when I found out American Standard furnaces were made by Trane. He left to pick up the part from the manufacturer and promptly installed the part. Then he checked the airflow coming out of each heating vent to insure the system was operating properly. A detailed service. Alejandro would have changed the filter also, but I had just replaced the filter the week before. Very thorough.
