Agreed $550 to hydro jet kitchen line and unclog the shower. They ended up charging $1325 on my credit card and didn't give any receipt. they didn't complete the hydro jetting said there is a blockage I need descaling and epoxy lining. I called the company and haven't heard back. I want $775.00 back.

Big shout out to Silvano and his assistant for the plumbing job they did on my sister's house. They were efficient, explained exactly what they were going to do, were very friendly and competent. My sister is 92 and lives alone and she says she will feel confident to have Silvano out for more work to be done. We will schedule more work for Scott English and will ask personally for Silvano. Just wanted to give a shout-out to Ben with Scott English Plumbing. Ben was outstanding in fixing my toilet issue. His expertise and knowledge of the issue and cost value was excellent. He provided different options and was accommodating with no upselling. I greatly appreciate his prompt service and he kept me abreast of when hed be here and how long the service would take.

Beware of their published reviews. They are either fake or customers devoid of concern about cost AT ALL. Technician came to my house with my wife home and replaced a trap under the kitchen sink. Price? $468.00. She thought it would be a pretty major job. In the house less than 15 minutes. Exact parts on amazon he replaced: P-Trap with Threaded ABS Adapter, and Reversible J-Bend, Bagged w/ True Blue Washer. . $7.93. . Called to complain and they have "flat rate pricing". Stay far, far, far away from these people. Under any circumstances. They give hard working plumbers a very bad name. Unless, of course, you don't mind them taking advantage of people that don't really know what they are getting. Update as of 4/3/24. Thank you for responding after a month. I called and spoke with someone at your company the next day who assured me "the office manager would call me back tomorrow". This never happened. After this experience, I spoke with two different plumbers for estimates on the work you completed. The most expensive was $167.00 You came to a home of a lady in her 60's and gave her a quote for a "leaking sink" repair of $468.00. It took you less than 15 minutes and a 7.00 part to complete this $468.00 repair. She thought it must be a major issue. You sensed an easy mark. And your answer is, "well, she knew what it was up front, and approved it. Yup. Taking advantage of a person that wouldn't know better Disgusting. I've already called your company with no response. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and caring; with a smile on his face and a desire to help and solve our plumbing problems. We are thankful he was able to solve all our issues!!! We will have him back when we need more plumbing help. He was such a joy to have in our home. He has a hard worker ethic.
