Went to AT&T today to get some assistance on my wife's iphone13 pro. Phone was activated but needed assistance on SIM card removal from iPhone7+.  We were greeted by Vanessa with a BIG SMILE ; )SIM card put in and bought a phone case.Reason for 4 stars is due to the value... we couldn't wait but $48 bucks for a phone case... geeez us. Little heavy on the prices here. Can't win. IPhone purchased with charger but need to buy adapter... come on Apple products.  What happened to buying a phone ready to go with charger.One last thing... we were told we could get $25-$35 credit towards the iphone13 phone case... we left because their system was down and came back the phone credit was $15.  We chose to keep the phone instead of giving it away.

This place is top notch, by far best ATT, ask for Neph, shes the best. I had to trade in a phone, upgrade my phone and all that in 20 min for my sons Bday and she got it done. Easy 5 stars
