Choose a corporate store over this one. Staff is a lot better at the bigger corporate stores and the wait is a lot shorter. If youre renewing your contract go a different route as well. They have a "ready to go device set up fee" $20.00 for them to suposedly set up you phone. That's just ridiculous! Save your time and money, go somewhere else.
