I Love coming to this location , Cynthia the store Manager is very professional, she is always able to help me with any problems I have with my phone for years , if there where a 10 star I would give them that!!

I went in today into metro to upgrade my aunts phone and a girl named Karla helped me she was so nice with the whole process and was also really helpful when transferring all of my aunts stuff to the new phone I thought it would take long but she got it done pretty fast overall I was pleasantly surprised.

I worked here the manager is very unprofessional she’s friends with a coworker and sweeps everything under the rug when it comes to her even though previous employees have complained about her. I let her know about the issues going on there with my two week notice for the well being of everyone who works there. The coworker Karla goes off in front of customers and since she’s besties with the manager the manager never addressed anything regarding the issue. I reached out to someone higher than her the District manager hopefully something gets done. I don’t recommend this place for working unless you don’t mind an absent, unprofessional and careless manager. I never signed any paperwork upon hire nor did I receive my Fast start bonus which is for sales. I will be reaching out to corporate if nothing gets done.
