We went to go see an apartment and we were amazed on how Charlie acted when he saw us!! He immediately made us feel welcomed and he was literally eager too show us apartments! He truly shows passion in his job, a skill lacking in today, as well as he has your best interest at heart. I was able to tell him abit about my situation and he reassured me not to worry. Im not used to that!! Definitely ask for Charlie when you go see this place!! Its beautiful!! Cant wait to move in already!! Thanks Charlie!! P.s Charlies boss.your extremely blessed to have this young man working for you!! The attention to detail as well as him being a studentwow!! He sold us!!

I've really enjoyed my time living here! It is a beautiful, safe, and quiet location with hiking and biking trails close by and multiple doggy bag & disposal stands. With the location comes wildlife such as coyotes and owls, however I don't think anyone has been harmed by the wildlife. The apartment buildings, landscape, and gym are kept clean. The buildings are secure with virtual pin pads, management has been great with communication (responding and sending out relevant info), and maintenance requests are completed quickly. I always received my packages in my building or in the package locker. The pool is beautiful and clean. The apartment also hosts happy hours, yoga classes, etc. sometimes. The apartment is located in an expensive area but I feel rent is reasonable. My only recommendation would be updates to the apartment interiors and the shared washer/dryers. My kitchen and appliances are updated but the bathroom cabinets, faucets, and window blinds are pretty outdated. It didn't bother me too much but the floors are thin and you can hear your upstairs and next door neighbors. If I didn't have to move, I would have renewed my lease. Hope this review helps another apartment hunter!
