Unable to get a call back from them to take care of simple policy changes despite multiple attempts. It's unfortunate because I've had good experiences with them in the past. I ended up switching to a different insurance company with slightly better rates because of their unresponsiveness. I understand that these are difficult times and that they've probably had to adapt to working remotely, but it really shouldn't be this hard to make routine policy changes, especially when the Allstate website and customer support so frequently directs customers to contact their agent.

I have had my home insurance with Ms. Bolstad for a couple years and it’s the worst insurance experience I have ever had. I have been requesting to get the name changed on my policy for over a year. Never happened after multiple email requests and phone calls. Recently I got a letter from my lender saying they had no proof of my home insurance and I called, emailed, texted…finally someone (not Ms. Bolstad because she never interacts with clients) said they’d take care of it. A month later I get a final notice from my lender saying they are making me buy their more expensive insurance because my agent has yet to provide proof of insurance after they said they’d take care of it. I tried calling, emailing, texting…no response and at the end they were forwarding my calls. If they no longer wanted to work with me that’s fine but at least address the Situation. Horrible horrible customer service. Save time and energy and go somewhere else.
