        They ruined a pair of jeans my wife was having altered by performing an alteration on the seat instead of the hem where it was requested. The owner then became angry and abusive with her when she showed him the mistake. We have been using this cleaner for three years, but absolutely will never return as long as this man is associated with the business in any way.
