I had a clogged drain in a bath for a week, finally decided to call Rooter Solutions just after noon on a Tuesday, they had an appointment between 1-3 that same day, showed up at 1:30p, drain unclogged by 2 and on their way. I can't say enough how professional, easy and efficient they were. 100% would recommend.

First of all, Leo came straight here right after another job. Which meant he finished that job early & came straight here early & began his work quickly! I truly appreciate people who take there job seriously. I prefer them to be early, rather than late. He was able to figure out the problem right away & took care of it as soon as I returned from picking up a piece. Very kind & polite. I can't believe that my 1st call was the best I could have made. Will be my "go to" from now on. Frida was my 1st point of contact and she was better than good. Scheduling and communication was outstanding. I'm a bit demanding and made an outrageous request to have a tech come asap with all covid safety in place. Rooter Solutions (Roberto) at my door with half hour. These folks are the best!!! Cleared and camera checked main and can't beat the price. I will be a loyal customer from now on.
