Rooms: The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable.
Noteworthy details: We stayed for 9 days while moving ....Love at the front desk was polite and helpful ...all the staff was really nice and friendly. We had our cat with us and they made everything very easy. The wifi worked great and the breakfast in the morning was terrific...they have fruit, juice, coffee, danish, English muffins and make your own waffles (my favorite). I would definitely recommend staying here with or without pets :)

Terrible customer service, terrible accommodations, hidden fees not on website for pets (dogs), old rooms, no upgrades, dirty, shower gross, ripped pad on bottom of tub, given 2 sets of towles for 4 people and never answered my request sent days before my trip. Dangerous area and questionable people outside all day/night. Trash never emptied right outside room and it was all over sidewalk. Ice machine never had ice to keep drinks cold in cooler.
