Mr Dry Clean

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would! This place is a joke! As you can tell I am extremely unhappy with their dry cleaning services; which are non existent. I took $400 dollars worth of NFL Jerseys to this drycleaner. They were (2) WHITE Jerseys, and they were returned to me visibly BLUE! There was obvious dye transfer damage to the white fabric. I was told that these Jerseys could not be dry cleaned....??? First off the care tags on the Jerseys say nothing about not being able to be dry cleaned. I then responded to the clerk that he never explained to me when I dropped them off that he was not trained to dry clean garments that are color marked. He then continued to tell me to read the care label, and that it said do not dryclean; which it said nothing of it! He continued to come up with every excuse to why the jersey should have never been dry cleaned. He went as far as telling me he doesn't need to explain why my property is damaged. He also told me to wash the Jerseys i the washing machine a couple times to get rid of the dye transfer....? Isn't that why I chose drycleaning, so dye transfer doesn't happen?! My response was simply, Then why did you continue to take the Jerseys and dryclean them if you are claiming the care label says that they should not be dry cleaned! Which again does not say that, he was just continuing to put blame on the customer and not take responsibility that he did a horrible service and ruined the Jerseys! He then would not let me take my property without paying! I was not going to pay for a service he clearly did not do! I was denied my property until I paid! He took my $13 dollars after he ruined $400 dollars worth of Jerseys. The care label advises do not wash together or soak together, and do not lay on top of other garments! The Jerseys were returned to me visibly BLUE in the same bag; which prompts me to believe this place did not even follow the care label because they were not treated separately; but dry cleaned together and the color transfers are so prominent that I have a feeling to believe they did do everything the care label advised not to do!
