I cannot speak to how her florals are or how she is with her customers, she could be amazing?? IDK- BUT from a VENDOR prospective doing business with Jennifer I would NOT RECOMMEND. She rented an Arch (Wooden Chuppah) from us and never returned it. After SO MANY attempts to get a hold of her via phone, email and social media she started ignoring all of our attempts. At one point she apologized for not returning and said she would return the following week but when that did not happen she started ignoring ALL of our attempts. We did end up charging her a replacement cost for the arch (which is why the 2 starts instead of one), but I am still very unhappy as I explained to her it was a custom build so now we will not have an arch to rent out for at least a month could be more. This is just very unprofessional and she does not have respect for other peoples businesses.

We had high hopes going with Sacred Romance Floral since Jen did such an incredible job with my own wedding back in 2019. However, when my sister was married in June of 2022, they did not have the same great experience we did. Without explanation, Jen left while we were setting up the reception with many jobs either half done or not done at all. A huge bucket of roses was left for us to guess where they were meant to be placed, the greenery around the bride & grooms table that my sister fantasized about was forgotten, & the green arch around the couples name should have had flowers in it, but was left. We all were confident that she would be back because who just leaves a job unfinished without telling anyone? But she never came back, never reached out, & still to this day in September, we have no idea what occurred. My sister still had a beautiful day & we did what we could with the flowers Jen left. Very disappointed.

Jennifer has been the best florist we could have asked for, from the start she was super excited to work with our vison and colors and did an amazing job the day-of with all the details. We had an issue with one bridesmaid bouquet and she was able to quickly fix it, and overall did a wonderful job both in communication throughout planning and execution on florals. I looked at many florists, some with insane pricing, and found Sacred Romance's pricing to be fair and a great deal for what we got. Would highly recommend as a florist for your wedding!

I recently photographed a wedding at Grand Tradition Estate and Sacred Romance Floral stole the show! The flowers were tropical but very elegant and totally fit the bride, the wedding, and the space effortlessly. I highly recommend their work and hope to work with them again soon!

Jennifer was incredible to work with from start to finish!  She was recommended to me by my planner and from the first time we spoke I knew I had found the perfect florist for my wedding.  She listened carefully during our first phone call and sent me a very detailed proposal.  Jennifer was extremely respectful of my budget and she gave me options and ideas to help bring my vision to life.  Our guests were commenting on Jennifer's beautiful work throughout the evening.  I could not have asked for a better experience! Jennifer truly went above and beyond and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Planning a wedding is stressful enough but I didn't have to worry about anything when it came to working with Jennifer. I would recommend Sacred Romance Floral to any bride!
