Horrible place!! I got Ballons and they didn't float a hour later!! The assistant that helped me was rude.handed my all the Ballons and said "here".she knew the tank didn't have air but yet she sold me Ballons anyways!! When I came in the next day, the new assistant said " we can charge you for a refill on the Ballons".. Yes they refunded me my money. But this place is so unprofessional!! For being "conrys" you would think they would be nice. And have better flowers... Don't come here ever!!

Terrible service!!! So my husband decided to surprise me with flowers for our anniversary. He decided to have them deliver to my work, unfortunately that wasn't the case. The flowers were delivered to the business next door to us after business hours. My husband called the next business day regarding the issue, they gave him the run round without any resolution. I finally called requested a full refund which will take 3-7 days to credit his account. Eventually the flowers made it to me, but at this point I was just overly frustrated. The surprise was ruined. To top things off Conroy's flowers called inquiring if the flowers finally made them to me I said yes, she advised me that the order was cancelled since they delivered them to the wrong address and needed them to get picked up. So after all that they had faithfully came on time to pick up my flowers. If only they could've been on time in the first place all this would've been avoided. Never again will i use 1-800 Flowers Conroys. I have better service with the lady on the corner or Traders Joe's. Terrible Service *P.S the flowers were the wrong color/flower**
